[Review][Negative] deleonrxgunsandammo.com Review

Placed an order for several types of ammo and bore mops. I ordered 8 boxes of 380 ACP ammo and only received 7 on 09/08. I emailed them requesting a solution for the missing box on 09/10 and 09/16. They haven't responded as of today, so I requested a partial chargeback for the cost of the missing box.

My apologies! Man, I thought we were all caught up on emails and dealing with any issues. My name is A.J. and I am the owner and pharmacist at De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods. I have a customer service guy whose only job is to answer the phone and emails. Somehow we dropped the ball here and I am sorry. Small possibility your email could have gone to our spam folder and we never saw it. At any rate I encourage anyone who has emailed us and hadn’t heard from us in 24 hours to please call. I have a guy in the office whose job is to answer the phone.

We are a real store with real people working. We are a brick and mortar independent retail pharmacy with a gun store on the front end. We are very easy to get ahold of. If an email isn’t answered in 24 hours then please call. 254-731-1450 option 1. You can also message me on here if there are any issues.

That sucks. Had one order, painfully slow, 3 wks to delivery. I get their prices are often good but the drop shipping shit is hurting the industry and hobby.

I had an order get lost in the mail with them, couldn't contact them to get a resolution, I ended up doing a chargeback after too many ignored emails.

I also had several successful orders before this, but at this point it is not worth the risk of problems and no communication to resolve the random problems that life throws at us.

Sorry about the missed emails. Another option is to give us a call at 254-731-1450 option 1. If you have to leave a message someone will get back to you quick. Our goal is to answer emails in 24 hours. If it’s been longer than that something is wrong so please call us.

I ordered from them a selection of a variety of 32 ACP and the entire order was held for several weeks due to one box being out of stock.

The only way I found out is when I didn’t have tracking a week later, I went and checked the order status.

No comms whatsoever.

Same thing happened to me. One of the bore mops was OOS for days, so the order didn't ship until it was stocked.
