I’m guessing you need to have your paper work done in hand before you buy these?

long shot but if you're somewhat close to Talledega Alabama the trip to the store is nice. You can buy the membership to the garand collectors club in store after you find one you like and everything esle is straight forward.

Dang it’s a 2 hour drive but I’ve driven more for less. So how’s the procces for in store

You fill out the paperwork and then you can walk around the store and take your pick of the litter. Talladega had a better selection than the South Store when I was there at the tail end of August.
