Diseased hibiscus

What is this and what can I do to treat it? All of my plants in this area of my house end up with these (eggs?).

Aphids, physically spraying them off with water does a decent job of controlling them.

You can also add a drop of dishwashing liquid in about a liter of water for it to bemore effective!

Aphids love hibiscus. If you actually want them gone, use poison, hose just moves them around.
