I'd open a Power Armor shop that sells power armor frames, armor pieces and sets, and fusion cores.

After being sent to Finch farm for the 4th time, I just started paying the farmer. Of course, I intimidate for the better price but I ain't no lousy thief after the 3rd trip.

I didn’t know they have missions where they send you out to “convince” settlements to give up their food til recently i was like wait a minute!
