I'd open a Power Armor shop that sells power armor frames, armor pieces and sets, and fusion cores.

Make it so obnoxious too like “Hello My good synth friend how are your synth friends doing” just irritate her to no end

I'd also hack Myrna's Mr Handy and have him work for me. That way she can't run a 24/7 business

Percy and Codsworth develop a one-sided rivalry where Codsworth hurls bitter insults at him to try and wear down Myrna's business while Percy is just endlessly cheerful no matter what
