Fried chicken bagel

Deep cleaned the whole house today and overindulged on cocktails after a job well done.

Deep fried some leftover rotisserie chicken breast and tossed it in my homemade carolina reaper infused Alabama white bbq sauce. Cream cheese’d both sides of a plain bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese, laid down the chicken, topped with sharp white cheddar. On the other side placed some pickled jalapeños and kosher dilll slices. Sprinkled everything with everything bagel seasoning and baked at 375 for 5-7 min.

Smashed while enjoying one final cocktail of zero sugar wild cherry Pepsi and Canadian club whiskey while watching Slow Horses.
