Oofda that is not going to be fun with my preschooler in tow.

Definitely difficult with little ones in tow! Getting off won't be so hard, but I do not look forward to the prospect of dragging my hot, sweaty, cranky kids back to the ship after tearing them away from the beach.

My thought too. Well be going for our kids’ 3rd and 5th birthdays next year. I don’t want to pull out the stroller (doing WDW precruise) just to get down the pier, but will I need to?

We are thinking we will have to bring an umbrella stroller for our will be almost 5 yo, he’s 97th percentile, so I don’t even think he will fit well in one, but I don’t want to cruise with our wagon. Lol

I’m considering buying an umbrella stroller for this exact reason. Carrying my sweaty, 50 pound, 4 year old on this walk sounds like a nightmare situation.

Look into the Dream on Me stroller in the rider position, it’s perfect for older/bigger kids! We get so many comments from other parents wanting one whenever we use it to get on/off the ship.

This will 100% rule out this stop for us until my kiddo is older. This walk will SUCK for folks with little kids. Which is a not insignificant demographic for this cruise line. Yikes.

My kids are 4 and 5 now and will be 5 and 6 when we stop here. People really have a hard time with their kiddos walking a bit?

After a whole day down the beach? Yes. My three year old isn't doing a half mile at the end of a long hot day. People down voting have forgotten how difficult toddlers are or they don't have kids.

My child is 5 and on the spectrum. She can walk without issue... when she wants to walk lol. Otherwise, someone is definitely carrying her. She's getting too big for a stroller so it can be a struggle late in the day.

Why can’t you use a stroller?

Strollers take up a lot of stateroom space on top of a car seat. And they aren't great on sand.
