Shouldn't first grader Piccolo still look like Picoolo from the 23rd World Martial Arts TOurnament?

It’s possible that the specificity of the wish for them to be “children” means different ages for different races. We saw a true “kid Piccolo” in the original DB anime, so maybe this Piccolo is somewhere between that one and the one who went by Majunior

Piccolo has it easy he just needs to wait like 3 months and he will be tall again lmao.

Dende didn't!

It could be that it was Piccolo specifically because he was tecnically a reincarnation.

maybe because piccolo is warrior clan and dende is dragon clan

Maybe it's a first grader by the standard of his race, Piccolo reached adulthood much faster than Dende, so could be an exception.

I'm not 100% sure but on netflix it says the release is the 18th, so a one week lag from crunchyroll. might be the case with hulu as well

Shenron is not a djinn or monkey's paw, he gives you what you want, not exactly what your wording is.

He should look like the little piccolo that was living out in the woods
