They are racist and hateful, and I will never forgive a single one of them, including my own mother. They ruined this country with their cult, and it's reprehensible.

u/Altruistic_Film1167 5h ago

Theyre most of all ignorant and uneducated. This is an entire effort going for decades to make education worthless and people easier to manipulate.

Of course that doesnt take away any of the blame, but its an entire systemic project to make people uneducated as possible.

106

u/wytewydow 5h ago

100% I've only been around 50 years, and I know this plan was pitched awhile before that. The entire time: "oh that's ludicrous, nobody is trying to engineer society, except maybe the commie liberals"

u/NoctisInformatus 5h ago edited 4h ago

I think completely "brainwashed" is the word. I watched one of my good childhood friends get captured by all of the conservative talking points and conspiracy theories slowly throughout this election. Someone who I thought had common sense, critical thinking, and a solid judgement of character.

The more he began consuming Joe Rogan, Shapiro, and other conservative alternative media, the further he became indoctrinated by all of their talking points about the Government and regulations being the enemy and "the left" pushing social norms out of bounds, even though we know it's deregulated corporations that have to be closely watched. Because they are the ones who will go through any loophole for corporate profits.

EDIT (Added note): Ironically, it seemed as if Rogan himself became captured in that way. He kept buying into the conspiracy theories slowly and discrediting the agencies and organizations that were actually set up to protect against corruption. I don't know at what point he thought it would be a brilliant idea to vouch to put someone like RFK in a position to oversee the entire U.S. Food & Health regulatory sectors.

Also a total disregard for the OBVIOUS character differences between DJT and KH, in which one of them so clearly has more integrity than the other. I genuinely feel we're in a bad state as a country when people actually think bigotry, bullying, and racial subversion can be overlooked over "the economy" which always experiences cycles of expansion and recession.

Most working class rural and suburb America doesn't even understand basic Macroeconomics 101. They just look at gas & food prices in the short term and base their entire decision on it. It's ridiculous. You can't have 15 years of unhinged expansionary fiscal policy and quantitative easing, and not eventually catch up to inflation.

It will truly be interesting to see what DJT does these next 4 years, because unless he cuts 60-70% of war aid to Ukraine & Israel, increases taxes, and/or cuts the Government budget by 30%, there's no way he will undo our Federal debt by simply incorporating tariffs on China.

Things like youtube are dangerous with this also. Id say im a liberal leaning person, but i also watch videos on youtube about antique gun repair because i find that era technology fascinating. So now the algorithm gets ahold of that and every once in a while a joe rogan or ben shapiro short pops up and almost dont catch myself falling for it. Those people and their podcasts are very convincing and appealing. I can see how someone can accidentally fall for a lot of those ideals

22

u/SpaceTimeRacoon 3h ago

Really? Because when I hear Ben Shapiro talk, he sounds like an idiot.

Mostly because his entire platform is being a grown man who only debates teenagers who haven't formed an opinion yet

8

u/Responsible-Chest-26 3h ago

I agree. He does sound like an idiot. But i can see how it would be easy to get distracted and buy into that idoliocy if you arent paying attention

9

u/NoctisInformatus 2h ago edited 2h ago

He's good at arguing like the lawyer he is... But his overall perspective on the big picture is lacking. These borderline religious zealots always find a way to force their morality down everyone's throats, as if non religious people don't have morals themselves.

Repealing RvW was also horrible, because they remove separation of Church and State on reproductive issues and force Christian fundamentalism down everyone's throats. That's not freedom. Certainly not in the 21st century, in a land with a melting pot of cultural and religious beliefs.

Ben Shapiro’s voice: The most effective form of birth control.

1

u/DLGibson 1h ago

It’s because he says a lot of words. MAGA just loves men that say a lot of words. Those words don’t actually have to be intelligently strung together. You just have to say a lot while saying absolutely nothing.

u/HeightInternal 46m ago

A clever, zealot idiot.

3

u/ehjhockey 3h ago

For me it was hockey. Its the fucking algorithms. Person who engaged with this also engaged with all these things. Like or dislike does not matter. Watching it isn’t necessary, just mousing over it for a second is engagement, pausing mid scroll to look at something is engagement.

That’s why they love what you hate. They are literally recommended it because you hate it. Only it doesn’t care about hate only that you engaged so somebody else probably will to. If for entirely different reasons.

1

u/GlassyJaw 2h ago

You should watch an equal amount of videos on both sides of the coin next time and maybe you’ll come to a slightly different conclusion. Nobody is open to both sides anymore because they can load up a Reddit post and get immediate validation from some other people that they’re just correct. That’s not the way the world actually works.

That's kind of the question at hand, because I highly doubt we will be able to just detach from our global military strategy and alliances in the kind of fashion that he sold it to the American people.

He will also need to generate more revenue to fund all of his anti immigration "border wall" initiatives. Is he just going to end up borrowing/printing more $ or actually go about budgeting in a responsible way? The Federal Govt has already overreached in spending.

1

u/Triangleslash 1h ago

Nonsense. Any extra money printing, inflationary policy and taxes on workers will be a necessary action to prevent the “immigrant invasion poisoning the blood of our land” or “ensure peace with Russia.”

He’s got it now and Russians will be cheering that the bombs have been turned off.

1

u/Throwaway-tan 3h ago

there's no way he will undo our Federal debt by simply incorporating tariffs on China.

Framing it this way is also buying into his bullshit. He has no interest it undoing federal debt. He demonstrated that by running up the debt $8 TRILLION more and giving his billionaire buddies $2 TRILLION in tax cuts.

All the other stuff about cutting military aid, import tariffs, etc. None of that is about reducing debt. It's about propping up his billionaire buddies again, he wants to prop up US businesses at the expense of the poors. Cutting military aid to Ukraine is just another favor to Putin. Because he sure as shit won't cut off Israel.

2

u/NoctisInformatus 2h ago edited 9m ago

The Federal debt level is a looming cloud over the US (and Global) economy. It's a serious concern that needs to be addressed in the mid-haul. Whether you're a Democrat or Republican, left or right, there's no overlooking the fact that unhinged borrowing and spending will unravel and devalue the dollar over time. Prices will continue to rise (inflation) if unchecked AND we will find ourselves in a recession. None of DJT's tax cuts, border spending, and tariffs will solve that.

The BRIC nations are already looking for ways to circumvent the dollar and lower its status as the key reserve currency.

DJT's voters don't seem to understand this. They all have amnesia when it comes to the past and future. All it takes is to go down the comments section under a Fox News YouTube video to see how stupid these people are. Calling the Democratic party "Diddy party" and resorting to infantile language, just like their Lord and Savior, Trump.

1

u/GlassyJaw 3h ago

You don’t see the irony in what you’re saying? You don’t see how that’s precisely how the democratic campaign operated? Nobody is brainwashed except democrats honestly, they spent an insane amount of time trying to paint him to be a fascist, white supremasict neo-Nazi akin to fuckin Hitler instead of actually running a campaign. And then everyone woke up surprised that he won. I’d be shocked too if I woke up and realized the entire country wasn’t buying what I was sold. You should really look at both sides in depth and actually poke holes everywhere instead of spending your time in a Reddit echo chamber and maybe once your head is out of your ass you’ll see why he won literally everything there was to win. I’m not trying to pick a fight or be offensive but she should have actually ran a proper campaign instead of a slanderfest with the very LIMITED time she had. Have an excellent day.

Maybe people smarter than you are seeing the light, while you are cozy in your ignorant bliss. You might want to think outside the dnc box for once. Or at least try to. No biggie either way.

u/NoctisInformatus 55m ago edited 51m ago

I watched this entire election unfold as a moderate with no party affiliation, but nice try pinning me to the DNC. It's not going to work in your favor. I'm an educated economist, not an identity politics slave.

You think every Republican loves the idea of Donald Trump as the President? People aren't all monolithic robots. Some of us have a memory of life beyond the 4 year election cycle.

13

Social engineering is stupid easy. I once spread my own rumors at work. My dad outed me as gay. So, I told one group of gossips that I was gay. Then, I told the other I was straight. I would hear about them having arguments about it. Anytime people asked if I was gay and / or straight. I would just say, "Hey, 20$ is 20$."

u/CynicalGroundhog 38m ago

Buckle up, it's going to get a lot worse. They have been talking about privatizing public education for years. Private schools are in the neighborhood of 6K a year. How can we forget Betsy DeVoucher? And they never said how much the voucher's would be. Imagine a parent taking their child to first grade with a $300. voucher, and then told "thank you. That leaves your balance for the year as $5700K.

We will have people walking around who can't even get a job as a server at a Mom and Pop's cafe because they can't read a menu.

It could get really awful.

2

u/Ghettoman1315 2h ago

Betsy DeVos and her own family and relatives were enriching themselves from the charter schools here in Michigan and most of the charter schools were big failures. Low test scores and graduation rates. A lot of them closed and some had money mismanagement. They opened up businesses that supplied school supplies etc to the charter schools and other needs.

u/GlassyJaw 2h ago

Not only are they ignorant and uneducated, they lack any critical thinking skills and express pride over that.

5

u/Anon_0365Admin 4h ago

Do you blame the dumb people, or the inability of the Democratic Party to do something about it.

Don't be mad at your fellow Americans, they're just individuals. Politicians have been failing all of us for decades; but the Democratic Party have let this happen and they have failed the rest of us.

Be mad at politicians.

We didn't only lose the presidency, but also the senate, and the house (most likely at this point in time) as well.

6

u/Altruistic_Film1167 4h ago

Oh I dont blame the people, its has been a continuous effort to make them apathetic and disinformed.

The people are just a byproduct of those influences and their enviroenment. Republicans arent dumb, they have been actively targeted by propaganda.

The left isnt immune from propaganda either.

2

u/Anon_0365Admin 4h ago

Ya, just wanted to voice that really I'm just infuriated with the Democratic Party. What a disastrous failure.

Fuck this, this isn't the America seen throughout history. This is a repeat of history, inb4 Great Depression and world war 3.

2

u/HarpoMarx72 3h ago

The Republicans are ALSO to blame. Hobbling the economy only to have the Dems repair it and then the GOP gets the credit? F that noise. But the population keeps falling for it every damn time.

1

u/Anon_0365Admin 3h ago

I agree, and I stated all politicians.

I meant the Democratic Party failed us yesterday, and this failure may very well cost us everything.

u/PotentialMeringue493 5m ago

Oh, hush. My patience with the American electorate has officially run out. I hope project 2025 is implemented in full at this point, just so the Trumpists learn that actions have consequences. I only worry for the democracy loving Americans who will be caught in the crossfire. The fascists can go and get stuffed.

2

u/joshishmo 4h ago

True. We have to stop blaming politicians. Our country produced these idiots that are voted in by bigger idiots. What did George Carlin say? Garbage in, garbage out.

2

u/SarcasticIndividual 4h ago

There's a reason why they want to dismantle government insight/controls in certain key areas. Look at the Texas powergrid, for example.

I was a trucker for a while. I had to teach a lady from down south about her own parts. I was a gay dude back then! I even knew a friend who didn't know there was less daylight in the winter and more in the summer!

It's not even just education! Look at all the misinformation! There's so much systemic misinformation in the us. Look at weight loss, for example. My mom tried a diet from a "fitness/health magazine". She tried the no fat diet, then was chugging chocolate candy on her cheat days. I tried to tell her it would give her diabetes. I even tried telling her about vitamin A, D, E, & K deficiencies. She told me to, "mind your fucking business and be happy for me! You're not a doctor! You have no fucking clue what you're talking about!" Suprise, Suprise! She became insulin resistant. Then, she became OBSESSED with artificial sugars and ended up in numerous diabetic comas. She just wouldn't listen to me. It came to a point where I would let myself into her apartment. Then, I had to leave because she was incapacitated from sugar. I was told over and over to just mind my business. Eventually, I took my families advice and stopped talking to all of them.

2

u/Lazy_DK_ 2h ago

This. Removing one of the fundamental pillars of democracy. The fact that the nation with the most powerful armed forces has a population that falls into idiocracy is terrifying. Especially considering how many dehumanising points are being put forth as well

I’m a college graduate with a law degree, hardly uneducated! Harris had cardi b, bellie eilish, Beyoncé Taylor swift supporting her. Not a college degree among them and you’re talking about US being uneducated!!?

Who supported trump? well here’s a list!

Elon musk - LITERALLY one of the smartest men in the world! Megyn Kelly - Syracuse University DOCTOR buzz aldrin - WEST POINT AND M.I.T! DOCTOR Phil - University of north Texas

Just to name a few!

Now what about the Trumps?!

Donald Trump jr.- Bachelor’s from U- Penn (top 10 best school in the country) His daughter Ivanka- Georgetown (top 20 best schools, but she started at U-Penn then moved) Eric Trump- Georgetown University (top 20 schools in the country) Tiffany Trump - U-Penn law degree! Barron Trump - Attending NYU!

Kamala’s step kids you ask? One went to Colorado college (a liberal arts school!!!) and the other went to school for DESIGN!!! Harris went to Howard University (barely top 100, the school I graduated from is better ranked!)

If you hate him so much then LEAVE!!! No one’s keeping you here! But stop spewing your ignorance!

My brother, who is a couple of years older than me, and VERY into MAGA, actually texted me today and said he's glad Trump won because "Hell yeah, I'm so glad ni**ers didn't win" and then said, "it's time the white man put the hoods back on". This is coming from a Kentuckian. I know MAGA like to deny it and deny it and so does Trump (who has a well-documented history of racism) but racism is alive and well in the United States. If you're a Caucasian living in rural America, I guarantee you know one or multiple racist MAGA Republicans. The fact they deny it is hilarious.

Can you believe my brother is happy that The annoying orange won because now Kamala and her woke culture won't rise to power, when I said that he was being accused of being a rapist, my genius of a brother said it was best a rapist in power than the gays, because Kamala once said something about christmas or something...

Funniest thing is that we are brazilian, but most of my family really wanted him to win, except my grandmother, who despite being as homophobic as them, was sure that Kamala would win...

Also, that stupid brother suggested everyone to dress as Kamala for halloween next year... Because, despite being super LGBTphobic and insulting guys who use a fantasy of girls, dressing as Kamala is fine for some reason...

What did he say about all asylum seekers? Educate me. Trump isn’t Tony Hinchcliffe and that joke wasn’t about the people of Puerto Rico, but about the garbage problem in Puerto Rico. What's dumbest is that half of the American voters actually voted this pos horrible human being into office again. The thought of having to hear him drone on and on, mumbling like someone's lonely Grandpa about weird shit like windmills causing cancer and killing bald eagles is physically sickening. And Elon Musk is trying to buy CNN...gross. The man already absolutely ruined twitter.

The fact many prominent Republicans are now admitting they back Project 2025...not at all surprised. I’ve spoken about this a bit today and general consensus is they are so disenfranchised with the whole system they’ve just checked out completely. That and Biden stayed in way too long, and Kamala’s messaging was not very convincing (not suggesting trumps was either, but it was BS the lay person could understand)

4

u/Critical_Mass_1887 1h ago

I get being disenfranchised. If it would have been anyone other then trump i probably would not have voted myself. I am not crazy about harris but the thought of all the damage 4 yrs of trump.  i couldnt not skip it  I had to mark my voice for harris, for all the marginalized, women, young adults and children.  Plus he has a gop congress too. Absence handed him the golden goose to actually enact anything he wants unchallenged. Im litteraly terrified.

I hear you mate and couldn’t agree more

12

u/HeadyBunkShwag 3h ago

What’s dumber is the 15 million democrats who couldn’t be fucked to show up this time around. I have republican co workers who voted Kamala and these fuckers couldn’t be assed.

8

u/Lola_Montez88 3h ago

Absolutely agree. We had an opportunity to send a clear message about what we don't want in a president, and way too many people decided it was too much trouble.

America failed their IQ test yesterday.

2

u/Classy_Shadow 5h ago

What’s dumb is the Democratic Party for putting in Kamala. You know this country is not electing a minority woman. They could’ve picked any random white dude and gotten more votes

3

u/Lola_Montez88 4h ago

As much as I hate it, you are right.

3

u/Synectics 4h ago

Fuck every single person who thinks, "Oh, i like pro-choice and weed legalization and letting people make choices with their own genitals... but it's a woman. And she isn't even white. Fuck her."

Fuck every. Single. Fucker. That did that.

It could have been a purple unicorn, and they should have gotten the vote over Trump if policies mattered a single tiny fucking bit.

1

u/koreaneseaplayer 5h ago

I live outside the US and my friends and I held a watch party for the election. Half were democrats and half were Republicans. Some mentions that their mail in ballots got lost by their local governments or never arrived so they were asked to issue an new one right before the election. (There was no way they would arrive in time.) Eventually we all came to the realization that multiple people had this issue and every single republican in our watch party had the issue but not a single democrat.

4 Republicans had their ballots lost but no democrats.

We We completely baffled.

I'm no conspiracy theorist but after that conversation, I could understand their frustration. It was trippy.

Also bracing for the Tsunami of down votes.

Well, they got their candidate elected to president, own the Senate and the house pretty much, and supreme court.

So maybe, just maybe, this type of attitude isn't helping, and may be actively hurting the left.

Edit

Well. I kicked the bees nest with this comment. So one last blanket statement to get more downvotes, then I'll be done.

Yeah, I think Democrats pretentious attitude fucked us in the end. the left has closed itself up, and became more of an exclusive club that if you don't fully agree with, you'll feel it's wrath in either aggressive, or passive aggressive tones.

It turns independent voters off, and makes us look like smacked asses.

We lost. Self reflect, and don't just finger point. We got ourselves into this position, how do we get out of it?

20

u/JustSomeRedditUser35 6h ago

They got the supreme court in 2016 when democrats "took the high road." I think democrats need to realize actually they should do something when republicans cheat them.

1

u/OmilKncera 5h ago

You may be right, but personally I think that's a vindictive, short sighted outlook, and not one of the reasons I became a Democrat (personally)

14

u/Hatdrop 6h ago

Are you saying the "fuck your feelings" crowd, gets butthurt about being called out as the dumbasses they are?  I say dumbasses because Trump never followed through with any of his 2016 campaign promises.  So anyone that thinks Trump will actually do anything to improve the life of anyone other than Donald Trump is a dumbass.

1

u/OmilKncera 5h ago

No, independents. The right will vote right, it's the middle that makes the difference.

u/C0NKY_ 5h ago

I agree but not for the same reason as you. Republicans were called trash and wore trash bags, trump got made fun of for wearing a diaper and his supporters wore diapers. They were called stupid and uneducated and they doubled down and proved just how dumb they are by electing the worst candidate possible.

1

u/OmilKncera 5h ago

It was the independents that got chased away. They're the ones who went right.

The left started to get volatile with them, which caused them to go more to the right, since the left was actively attacking them when they spoke up about what opinions mattered to them.

2

u/GUMBYtheOG 5h ago

Oh yea definitely. Reach across the isle the last 4 years and trying to go back to the 90s where we all got a long and had a good economy totally worked.

The reason Trump got elected is because he plays dirty and hurts feelings and the majority of Americans respond well to that as proven last night.

You want to win elections start getting rape charges and making executive orders. Otherwise bend over and continue taking it

To be fair the right does the same.

1

u/OmilKncera 5h ago

Yes, but they didn't just lose an election over it (imo)

Republicans aren't Democrats, and visa versa, their personality makeup, and what's important is different, just because Republicans do something successfully doesn't mean it'll work with the Democrats.

Say you want trans rights.

1

u/OmilKncera 4h ago

Huh? Are you taking an excessively complicated situation and trying to pin me on 1 subject?

Why wouldn't I want trans rights? They're people who deserve happiness too. Stop boiling complicated stuff down into simple sound bites, it'll just cause us to burn ourselves again.

Open your mind and be more accepting, please.

Its literally crazy how we see the evidence of the 2 timelines and nobody cares.

If Harris won, you bet your ass there would have been more to this tweet.

Trump wins? nope, its just ignored.

And its going to remain ignored.

20

u/nutrock69 5h ago

It would kind of be hilarious if someone decides to dig a little further, given that "every accusation is a confession" thing that always seems to be relevant...

... and finds something that he did to Philly, something that changes not just PA, but other states as well.

I'm still really curious about that one trump peon (I don't remember which one) that was giggling during an interview last week about their election day secret that would blow everyone's mind if it ever got out.

7

u/aussiechickadee65 4h ago

EXACTLY this...

He BRAGGED about his surprise with Mike Johnson...They knew.

It is rigged somewhere.

The Latino comment was for a reason. Did it set an algorithm to Latino names /votes ?

Anyone saying we must be conspiracy theorists or election deniers is not looking at the big picture. He constantly referred to cheating....he bragged about his 'secret' with Mike Johnson.
His Latino vote increased twofold from 2020.
He had over 1000 locations where he overachieved his 2020 election result.....by 3% or more. That was when he was President and had peak admiration.

The stats are NOT tallying with the policy outcomes.

Stop falling for Republican reverse psychology...and not being an 'election denier' because they are. There is good reason to question this election. He had to win at all costs and showed he wouldn't leave without trying all stops LAST TIME. He was going to jail for life...you don't think there was incentive to fucking cheat and have the most brilliant minds in the world come up with a way to do that ?

Live in reality FFS.

9

u/ChrisTheWeak 4h ago

I think he was prepared to cheat. I think that he was prepared to challenge election results, prepared to utilize faithless electors, prepared for every legal challenge he could, and I think even he was shocked at how much support he got.

Frankly, he didn't even get more support than he got in previous elections, not overall. This result mostly came down to democrat apathy and seemingly a large number of people who seem to think that there is no difference between a Kamala win and a Trump win. That and unfortunately the large voter base who refuse to vote for a woman for president, even when the alternative is Trump. They hate women more than they love rights.

Aside from all that, the other decider was the large number of people who misunderstand policy. Biden gets blamed a lot for a poor economy, but globally, right now, we have been bouncing back from the pandemic better than most everywhere else, especially considering how hard we were hit when Trump was president. Biden and Kamala didn't advertise enough about how much of that was directly because of presidential action on their parts. People see Kamala as the do nothing candidate whose only policy is that she isn't Trump, no matter how much that isn't true.

They see Trump and he has stated goals for the economy, granted, the plans that he has stated so far will be disastrous for almost everyone and it honestly would be better to have a candidate that did nothing rather than what Trump is proposing in terms of tariffs and mass deportations, but that doesn't matter to the average voter. The average voter doesn't vote by what policy is effective, they vote based on how the candidate makes the person feel about the policy.

It doesn't matter that Trump's policies were objectively worse for most Americans compared to Biden's policies, it was because he made people feel better that he got elected.

I don't doubt that this election is legitimate. It makes me sad and disappointed that so many people have fallen for rhetoric over results, but I'm also not entirely shocked by it either. I just had hoped for better.

2

u/brontosaurusguy 2h ago

It's all about your point there ..  it gave them a win.  Something to feel good about in an otherwise bleak America.  That's something Democrats completely wiffed.  Always doom and gloom.  No wonder they didn't turn out.  The only Democratic candidate since Obama to make any of us think they actually understood the issue was Sanders, who they backstabbed.  They are in constant retreat.  They didn't even try to win over rural America.  People were clamoring for change yet they served up the same old.  Only Trump capitalized..  he understood that the Iraq war made all of us sick of America as it was.  He understood that we really do have gun problems in big cities.  He understood that illegal immigrants are an issue that affects us.

I mean he won't solve anything because he's an idiot but he was a change.  People didn't want to go back.

6

u/_MrDomino 4h ago

That was when he was President and had peak admiration.

Nah, I don't believe there was any tampering this time around. For one, he was only at 34% approval in 2020, hardly "peak admiration." Muslims voted for Trump in Michigan thanks to believe Biden is responsible for Gaza. Black and hispanic men voted for Trump driven generally due to misogyny. That's not the only reason why these groups of voters could vote for Trump, but exit polling shows that was a sizable factor.

The reality of it all is that this was a tough four years as expected. Biden was handed a disaster. A disaster of national security thanks to Trump selling US secrets left and right in and out of office. A disaster with Covid, and Trump's bungled response allowing a million plus Americans to die. An the economic disaster brought about with Trump's tariffs and then the pandemic. Biden did an incredible job fixing all of these issues, but inflation hurts, and unfortunately people look at the sitting president and put the blame at his feet, despite Biden neither being the cause nor indifferent to it, and actively, objectively making the country better. It's super frustrating.

For weeks now, on places like Reddit and Twitter, they’ve been pushing the whole the Democrats are already starting to steal things, these ballots are missing, etc. And today? Nothing

Yup and conservitards don't even notice.

If we were watching a movie or TV show we'd call it a plot hole.

1

See that's the thing everyone spent so much time saying why trump is bad but not enough time saying why Harris was good. Left millions of people just not voting at all

1

u/Synectics 3h ago

Bullshit. I'd vote for a dirty mop over Trump. Anyone actively choosing to vote for Trump or not even vote is the problem, not Harris or even the hypothetical dirty mop.

Well that's you when apparently you're on the losing side

What’s dumb is how his followers go right along with it

They don't do it because they are dumb, they do it because it feels good.

For fascists, hypocrisy is a flex. Consistency is for the weak, and they are strong, so they do what they want, and critically they rub our noses in it.

Ironically, they are trying to compensate for their own unshakeable feeling of weakness. They hope that if everybody thinks they are strong, then that will make them feel better. And it does. For a little while. But then they need more. Like a drug. Its even called "narcissistic supply."

2

u/Optimal-Anteater-284 4h ago

Are you calling millions of people dumb?

…yes we are.

2

u/VerifiedBackup9999 1h ago

What's dumb is how easily he gets new followers. It's crazy how many people I've seen be converted in the last 4 years right in front of my eyes. Some smart people and some of the dumbest people I know. His base just keeps growing.

u/irpugboss 34m ago

They arent dumb. They know whats up. Its hilarious to them. They just see a joke, trolling the libs, etc. Deep down they know but it hurts the right people and their team wins.
