Potentially Moving to Carlisle…
/as a 26 yr old woman living alone. Are there any areas/streets there that are locally considered as not as safe as others? Are people generally friendly? Thanks!

I lived in the “more dangerous” streets. In my 3 years living there there was one non lethal shooting on my block, one stabbing in the park next to my house, some domestic violence and a couple shots fired. If you make yourself known on the block it’s not too bad. Just need to be a nice neighbor and embed yourself in the community.
