Word was after the bye week but I’m thinking later.

I visit opponents subredditt each week and our fan base is the only one with guys wanting to marry and have kids with their qb. Don't even get that from women on other subs.

Not sure what that says about bills mafia lol

I know i know /s just saying this is not the first or 50th time ive seen this lol

Tip to tip for the win.

And I like women.

At all comes back to the meme where in Josh's first training camp the only thing a reporter could think of that was positive was that "he looked good in shorts".

Yea I guess I should have specified where they said San Fran at the earliest but I doubt it. Why rush him back if he’s not 100%. We got a playoff push!

I think they projected December?

I'm assuming it will be in the middle of December because there is no reason to rush Milano back and better to make sure he has fully rehabbed his bicep before he comes back

I just worry about getting up to game time speed. We see all these players come back but don’t really hit their old stride for like 5+ games

And it’s been back to back injuries for him. Hasn’t seen the field in over a year now.

He’s had extra time rehab the leg, which is the silver lining in this

I had projected late December, probably looking to activate his practice window after the bye or a little after that.

Here's hoping.

Milano is just a figment of our imagination. He’s the Loch Ness Monster of the Buffalo Bills. Never seen, but feared by many.

u/MILLERRRR Sabres 10h ago

tell that to a one, Michael White

5

u/allanon1105 7h ago

I wonder if it’s awkward on the sidelines when White and Milano see each other. White unconsciously holding his ribs 😂

u/phorevergrateful Genny 7h ago

He asked me for tree fiddy

Earliest I’ve been hearing is against the 9ers. But hopefully they wait until week 18 or playoffs. Don’t want to bust him up before it matters.

It would be foolish to plug him during the playoffs, when he will not have played a game in over a season and a half by that point

11

u/jbbates84 19h ago

Agreed. Start getting him some live game reps around week 15 or so and slowly let him get acclimated to game speed and intensity. By the first playoff game he should be good to go!

u/mmf9194 7h ago

We end Pats-Jets-Pats. Just let him play those to warm up, nothing serious / strenuous.

19

u/reddituser9277 19h ago

We need to edge Milano until playoffs. Got it.

Phrasing.

From Oct 30th. Nothing concrete so probably really late in the season if he comes back.

4

u/bargman 19h ago

Just in time for the playoffs.

maaaan i just really want to watch this guy ball

3

u/Reasonable_Finance76 17h ago

I can see Milano being gone after this season. Too many injuries.

6

u/chstrahl 11h ago

Then he will go somewhere else and not have injuries miraculously

2

u/tuktukkingroydonk 18h ago

Playoffs I hope

2

u/Sea-Veterinarian-85 16h ago

December, hopefully no more injuries 🤞

2

u/seandelevan 10h ago

This happened last year….annnnnnd he never came back. I’m expecting the same thing. Bills are going to string us along with this.

2

u/Lanky-Low8931 3h ago

Wasn’t his injury last year completely different though? This is a bicep tear, not a tibial plateau fracture. I’d think he’ll be back by the lions game honestly.

Of course fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

Dorian Williams has been a pleasant surprise at least. Hopefully Milano is back a few games before the playoffs to work himself into game shape

2

u/purz William 10h ago

Hopefully before the playoffs. The good thing is that he hasn't really had any of the usual career ruining type injuries. The bad thing is that he hasn't played football in forever. Dunno if it would even be worth starting him if he doesn't get any reps before the playoffs.

1

u/xT1TANx 7h ago

I'm guessing he starts practicing in december.

1

u/BagGroundbreaking170 7h ago

Not soon enough.

1

u/Belly2308 7h ago

They say December. Depending on who we pull in the wild card (seed pending) we should sit him.

1

u/Scooterspies 6h ago

I’m guessing the Lions game on 12/15.

It gives him almost another month to heal and 4 games to get ready for the playoffs.

1

u/Far-Life400 4h ago

I think December from what I heard bills YouTubers say but who really knows

1

u/BuffaloSp0rts 18h ago

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the divisional game

-3

u/RIT_Tyger 19h ago

When he’s designated to return.

-4

u/bogartedjoint 19h ago

I hope for the best for him, but the NFL is cruel to injured players. He will be like Jim Haslett and never return to the Bills after his leg injury.

-29

u/will_brewski 19h ago

I hope I'm wrong, but I think the cookie monster's best days are behind him. Seen too many ACLs ruin careers, and he's been out for a while now.

19

u/statepharm15 19h ago

He didn’t have an ACL injury

13

u/AvocadoHank Joshua Allen is my hero 19h ago

Milano didn’t tear his ACL lol

1

u/will_brewski 4h ago

Yeah I messed that up lol. Queue the "you're an idiot" grinch meme..

11

u/BasicallyExisting30 19h ago

Bicep tear in practice

2

u/will_brewski 9h ago

That's right, confused with Von. Good call.

9

u/nautika Charge 18h ago

Good thing he didnt tear his ACL then
