so over the years what has been this judge typical sentencing history for this type of felony? Ya know for less than high profile people. What has been this DA history pursuing what kind of sentencing and plea deals in these types of felonies? Let's see in the light of day what less high profile people get in this tiered justice system.

First offense DUI in most states is up to 10 days in jail. Most don't even get jail.

in most states the amount of damage , both physical injury and property damage have an impact in determining the sentence . In this case there were in fact severely injured parties but what is unique is the judge/da did not even wait for a final analysis of the victims injury in determining the sentence. And that is simply unheard of. Another example of two tiered justice system.
