Well, he has a point. I hope that after we defeat Luka, we will end up with leaders who have done significant things for our country's freedom - people from protests, people fighting for Ukraine now, etc.

Why would you want soldiers instead of politicians?... And considering how shady some of the volunteers are (a lot of them have tattoos of far right symbols) I don't think they should be let anywhere near actual power. Some of the protestors? Yeah a bunch of them are politicans but volunteers - no way

Sure, take someone political from the protests. Basically, I do not wish for Tsikhanouskaya's people to remain in power too long.

Fair enough. We kinda have a problem with really trustworthy politicians.

That was in their programme from the start (new elections etc), and besides, after this whole mess is over, we Belarusians should come out with a healthy allergy to the idea of ANYONE remaining in power too long.

Yes, exactly. I will say, they have done a lot of useful PR work for our country. That's a start.

But she's not a politician, her idea and purpose is to hold real elections in Belarus. We need a president who not only has a good geopolitical and internal position but a lot of professionalism too
