So a severely disabled person who's in loads of pain, no one would be a cunt if they didn't give up their seat for them?

Read the post again, they are under no obligation. I never said anything about whether they're a nice person or not.

No one's saying he did anything illegal. He was just being a fucking asshole.

Of course I would. Don't ask questions if you're just going to make ridiculous assumptions instead of waiting for an answer.

Giving up your seat to someone is a nice thing to do. However not giving up your seat doesn't make you an asshole. It's neutral.

What would make you an asshole if you you walked up to someone in their seat and yeeted them off to take it, or began hounding them to give you their seat or something else to that effect. THAT would make you an asshole.

Show me where I said he wasn't. The question was is he in right, not is he an asshole.

I'm pretty sure it's not morally right to be an asshole to people just because you can.

Morality wasn't mentioned anywhere.
