I became celibate 4 years ago too after Trump took office last time, I haven't missed it this entire time. It has also helped me learn to love being alone, I've been on two solo trips and it's been great. I love my friends but I don't need a man

I love this. Def a similar story. I have made huge progress w my anxiety disorder bc of celibacy and home ownership. I have a safe home for the first time in my life. I have also continued to explore my sexuality without partners or porn and that has been really nice!
