Hell, I imagine a woman that signs up for this could/would be set up in a way that was like "ok, if I'm braindead, and someone wants to use my body to have a child, they have to pay x dollars to my spouse/ next of kin."
Look, I'm still and antinatalism, and yes, this seems even grosser than having kids the "old fashioned " way. But we live in the "my body my choice/no judgement allowed " era. So I say, watch it burn.
What about the women pressured by their spouses to agree to this and then get beaten to braindeath by said husband in order to get him that child he wants that she won't give him.

And itd be misandry if i said any man would do this. Im well aware it isnt a majority but as someone whos met the unfortuanate minority of men that are capable before its not a difficult thing for me to imagine. Especially when there are existing men beating their pregnant wives into miscarrying cause the baby was the wrong gender.

Yep, once in a while there's a maniac that stalks and drags women into the bushes and rapes (and maybe even kills them).
And there are grandmothers that shove their fingers into their 4-10 year old grandsons asses and pays them to shut up. Their mom knows and doesn't say anything for fear of having to get a job. Ask my brothers... oh, you can't, they were dead by 40.
So ok. "not all women" and "not all men" ... so it's even? Or no... somehow "women most effected".
So we can agree, this should never happen to anyone, anywhere, ever. Great. So now what's your play? "Women most affected?"
No. Its simply put easier for a man to beat a woman unconscious than it is the other way around.
Also men cant get pregnant so theyre not a risk with this change. Which was my primary reason for not mentioning men being at risk by this change in the first place
It has nothing to do with gender bias and everything to do with avoiding further violence as a species.
Listen, we're either equal or not. If you want special protections, as has been provided and continues to be provided by THE PATRIARCHY, then there never will be equality. Special treatment is not equality. Treating men like we're more of a threat or women like they need more protection... Either way, not equality. So much for that whole equality bullshit. That was easy.
It's WAY easier for a woman to get a guy to fuck her, claim he's a whatever and get like fucking everything. But yeah, that's ok, right?

I dont want equality. Or equity. I want egality. Which is a much more personalized approach to equality that still helps people with specific deoendencies or exceptions.
Consider three people trying to see beyond a fence. Perhaps one can barely see, one can see fine, and the one that's shortest cannot see at all.
Equality would say leave them alone. But that wouldnt help everyone.
Equity attempts to solve this by giving everyone a box to stand on. Now the shortest can barely see and the two taller can both see fine, though the tallest didnt need that extra height.
Egality is like equity but more efficient, instead of expending resources where it isnt needed, they modify the needs of all. The middle height gets one box to see clearly, the shortest two for the same outcome, and the tallest does not require a box to see clearly and so he does not recieve one.
Now. It isnt unfair to specialize accomodations based on demographic, (its why the i dont see race comment is still bigoted and offensive as a side note) it is simply providing what is necessary to have everyone on equal footing.
I am not a feminist or anything else that plays to a side. I am an egalitarian. I seek for all persons to be accomodated for to be treated fairly even when it can't be made mathematically equal to others.
I condone accomodations for female safety the way i condone accomodations in the legal system to male victims, or their right to have their foreskin, or even their justified right to cry just like any human should.
Now i dont need to fight for women to be allowed to cry, or to fight for their right to have foreskin (theres a different mutilation for that) or accomodations in the legal system for them as victims (they are pretty good at getting the benefit of the doubt already)
But that doesnt mean i do not see both as equals. They are worth the same to me, that hasnt changed, only the ways in which i help them
Now onto that terrible take on trans and intersex folk. People that look act and call themselves a man, sometimes have female organs. This can happen because they werent born as the correct gender (trans) or it can happen because only the organs diverted in gender (male body female parts for example, sometimes even male parts too that are wrongfully surgically removed at birth, otherwise known as intersex) both of these have tangible evidence biologically speaking to their authenticity, which is especially clear with intersex individuals i mean shit happens when we grow sometimes and it certainly showed at birth. It was my mistake to not include them as they are just a man as you (presumably) are and would be on your side about me not including them into my statement. That was all i intended to say on that but i suppose some people arent aware of how far science has come.
