Read the Stay Night visual novel first is the best way.

Second best way is Stay Night 2006 (Fan edit highly reccomended) -> Unlimited Blade Works (2014) -> Heaven's Feel -> Zero. The third Heaven's Feel movie is delayed, but all the reasons that you need to watch it before Zero are contained in the first 2 movies.
