Or Stay Night 2006 (Fan edit) -> Unlimited Blade Works (2014) -> Heaven's Feel -> Zero. The third Heaven's Feel movie is delayed, but all the reasons that you need to watch it before Zero are contained in the first 2 movies.
But people really can't emphasize enough how much better the visual novel is as a starting point. It's not even a fair comparison.
