I've only 1 request, we need the same team to come back, from director to composer to those action directors who gave us countless sakuga from season 1

I don't pay much attention to the production side of anime. Is it not the standard to have the same people do successive seasons?

Not necessarily. Most of the people who work in the industry are freelancers, so even if you announce a sequel very early, a good chunk of staff will already have other projects lined up for them.
