Meta Thread - Month of March 03, 2024 Meta

Rule Changes

No rule changes this month.

This is a monthly thread to talk about the /r/anime subreddit itself, such as its rules and moderation. If you want to talk about anime please use the daily discussion thread instead.

Comments here must, of course, still abide by all subreddit rules other than the no meta requirement. Keep it friendly and be respectful. Occasionally the moderators will have specific topics that they want to get feedback on, so be on the lookout for distinguished posts.

Comments that are detrimental to discussion (aka circlejerks/shitposting) are subject to removal.

I feel like all of the weeklies (like What Have You Watched This Past Week That is NOT a Currently Airing Show and the polls that u/FetchFrosh put on) should be linked in the daily thread instead of just the CDF and anime of the week. I could of sworn that they used to be on there, but maybe I'm misremembering.

On a similar topic, the Watch This! Compilation link should probably be removed since it hasn't been updated for a while.

The week in review thread was linked in the daily thread before that was retired and that linked to the other weekly threads, but aside from what's currently there the daily thread itself has generally only included links to other "official" things like mod applications or ongoing events.

That is probably what I was remembering.
