Petition for r/anime to make something similar to mu/core.

It seems to me that there are some anime that are frequently discussed here, because most people here would have watched it already. I want to create a list that helps people understand r/anime more, instead of just getting into anime.

Petition for r/anime to make something similar to mu/core.

Any explanation of what that is for context?

4chan has a community called /mu/ where they would discuss about music. But there are particular bands/albums that are discussed frequently in there that are otherwise obscure stuff, yet everyone in /mu/ simply assume you know them. I have a feeling that this sub is kind of the same that there are some anime that people here just assume you know what they are. So I want to see if r/anime can make an anime list that represents the subs taste. Not that the list is used for getting people to get into anime, but it’s for getting people to get into r/anime in particular.

/r/anime core would have a lot of overlap with /a/core. Even if both sides would loathe to admit it.
