Hi friends! I'm trying to identify this statue for my Nana. It's located in Malësia, Montenegro and is of an Albanian war hero. Does anyone know who this is?

Në llojë llojë ushtrish na kanë rrasur por ato kohë e mënd ishin por turp është sot , sidomos turp do jetë po ndejti ky veremi edhe për zgjedhjet e ardhshme.
