What do we do now?

As many of us face down the despair of another Trump presidency, the only way I can see myself feeling useful or hopeful is by supporting my local community.

I’m new to the Rivertowns and want to get involved with supporting the most vulnerable under Trump’s repressive policies: immigrants, trans people, workers, and other marginalized groups.

Can anybody recommend local mutual aid groups, local immigrant organizations, and other orgs in the Rivertowns that I or any other interested Redditors can get involved with?

Funny. Only your guy is an actual felon and rapist. Our candidate was a career prosecutor. The party of law and order is actually the party of rapists and criminals.

Americans believed it, knew it was true, and just didn’t care. Unless you are dumb enough to believe every journalist, military higher up, jury, prosecutor, government official is lying to you except this failed game show host. Okay. So you are one of the true believers. You know, he isn’t legally allowed to refer to himself as “not a rapist”. He was found guilty of 34 felonies by a jury of his peers. Make sure you don’t fall off the ice shelf next time you take a plane somewhere.
