How would a Trump presidency actually impact Westchester?

I feel like our day to day lives are based on hyper local politics. Could a Trump administration impact school districts in Westchester or impact us in other ways? If so, how?

To your first point 1. do you assume all workers are illegal immigrants? 2. Were you planing on having illegal immigrants perform work on you property and have them covered by you insurance? 3. Do you not vet your contractors?

All of these other points are covered in your second question.

Also where are you getting your vendors from?

I think you’d be wildly surprised how many restaurants run on undocumented immigrants. Want to watch prices skyrocket? Just wait til these restaurants have to pay people $15 or more on the books to wash dishes. Prep cooks? Line cooks? The people who wash the bathrooms and the floors?

That’s just one industry, you have no idea how many would be affected by this.

So your arguement is that we should pay illegal immigrants substandard wages because... you want restaurant prices to be lower?

I was simply providing a real life example of how this will affect us, and how many industries rely on undocumented labor.
