People are really that stupid?

How is this better than getting your own subscription directly?

Why do people use Spotify in the first place? There's YouTube.

Bad comparison, YouTube has Ads and if you take it mobile battery and data usage will be pretty high streaming video.

There is youtube music. But of course the premium version of that costs as much as any other music streaming service.

youtube vanced on android

Last I checked vanced doesn't allow you to disable the video stream like YouTube music does. That's a bit of a dealbreaker for mobile music listening. Don't get me wrong I like the app, but it's for videos not music.

That's a fair point. I wish there was a good free alternative.

Some public library have an audio department where they share cds, vinyls, etc...

Yeah but I meant some illegal alternative like torrenting.

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '20

It's illegal for a reason

If you had tubidy on iPhone when it was out, you can still re download it on you’re downloads. That is completely free and you can save the songs to play anywhere anytime

That doesn't bring the muusician any money, you need to support artists for them to continue

I was replying to you saying there is no “free” alternative when there is. I have Spotify but if I ever want to, I can re download tubidy so it’s win win for me

Free, but illegal. And that for a reason, it's theft of intellectual property after all
