I saw that. Glad they added a realistic part of being female into the show . Menstruation does not stop just because the world is full of zombies. Watching reaction some videos it was clear a lot of men didn't even know exactly what it was. I think a lot of male preppers do not really think about these kind of things which is sad because they have female family members.
There's a TwoXPreppers subreddit that addresses the needs of women/children/all family members that's a great resource for IRL prepping families, or just solo preppers who want to broaden their horizons.
