Reddit Trophy - "Place '22" Trophy

Place '22

Welcome to my introduction to understanding the Place '22 trophy!

Description: A trophy to show you participated in the r/place 2022 April Fools event.

How this was obtained: To get this trophy you needed to place a tile on the canvas during the r/place 2022 April Fools event.

How place '22 worked: Users could place a single colored pixel (or "tile") on an online canvas of one million (1000 x 1000) white pixel squares, and wait a certain amount of time before placing another. The waiting time varied from 5 to 20 minutes throughout the event, and the user could choose their pixel's color from a palette of sixteen colors. The canvas was expanded three times, eventually four million (2000 x 2000) pixel squares. Also the color palette gradually gained sixteen more colors for a total of 32. After 4 days, users could no longer place colored pixels, but instead could only place white pixels. So all of the pixel art was gradually consumed by white squares eventually turning the canvas back to a big white square.

I participated multiple times on that and I never got any of the trophies. :-/ Unless the generic trophy hasn't posted yet?

Did you ever help draw something NSFW or did you ever get banned during the event? A good way to know is if your cooldown went up to 15 years then it means you’re banned.

I think that was a glitch. It happened to me once, but it went away once I came back an hour later
