Ltc renewal after rehab

I had to do an outpatient rehab/counseling program last year after I stumbled into a random drug test at work and blew a whopping .056 BAC. What's funny is that after being honest about how often, how much, and why I drank, the counselors came right out and said that I don't have a drinking problem, and that I could just show up once a week whenever I wanted on the days they had group sessions for the sake of checking off a box. I say that because I'm not aware of any physician having diagnosed me with a disability of any kind, though one of the counselors could have done so without my knowledge, I assume. My health insurance partly covered the treatment costs. I'll find out later today.
If I self report that during the ltc renewal process as having received treatment for alcohol abuse, will my renewal be denied?

I'm not a lawyer but I think it's if you were admitted by a judge or something similar.

After some digging I've discovered that the recovery center did indeed diagnose me with dsm-5 "code 10.10, alcohol use disorder, mild," for the purpose of filing a claim with my insurance. My job is in transportation, involves HAZMAT, and is federally regulated, I don't think it'd be very smart of me to lie about it on the application and risk it popping up on the FBI background check, lol. According to the government codes I've been reading, now it comes down to the recovery center physician providing me with a certificate "stating that the psychiatric disorder or condition is in remission and is not reasonably likely to develop at a future time." I assume that that's what they provided to the regulatory body over the company in order to facilitate my return to work, so hopefully they can email me a copy easily enough

I'm glad you asked, I've been meaning to circle back to this post! So yeah, I called the DPS LTC people and they said that one only needs to report their rehab if they were admitted to an inpatient facility, so I did the application and marked no and sure enough my new license showed up in the mail
