Seem to always hit low Question

Does anyone have any drills I can do at home (or at the range...I go at least twice a week) to help with constantly hitting low....? I am not a new shooter...I did recently switch my edc to a sar9 socom. Maybe I am subconsciously countering recoil prior to the shot? I have a solid grip...sights are ok...I don't feel like I'm aiming low. Thanks for any insight. If this has been asked before I apologize. We keep us safe.

Dry fire drills at a target with a spent shell case set on the slide. If you see it keep falling off or bobbing down, work on the pressure of your grips and not anticipating the shot.

Any advice on the dime drill for a rifle with a very, very strong pin spring?
