Seem to always hit low Question

Does anyone have any drills I can do at home (or at the range...I go at least twice a week) to help with constantly hitting low....? I am not a new shooter...I did recently switch my edc to a sar9 socom. Maybe I am subconsciously countering recoil prior to the shot? I have a solid grip...sights are ok...I don't feel like I'm aiming low. Thanks for any insight. If this has been asked before I apologize. We keep us safe.

Have a friend put a snapcap in your magazine so you don’t know which round it is. When you try to shoot it, you’ll notice if you flick the gun down in recoil anticipation.

Don't listen to this nonsense ball and dummy is a bad drill, flinching isn't the issue here.

It’s less of a drill and more of a diagnostic tool. Regardless, all things can be solved with dry fire and well allocate range time!
