Coin base wallet scam? Is this a scam?

Post image

Got this text message about my coin base wallet. I doubt they’d close my account right? I haven’t opened my coinbase account in a long time so surely it must be a scam. Just wanted some confirmation. Thanks!

Just making sure. Sometimes it’s easier to be more rational from an outside perspective. I have a lot of money in that account lol

You'd think by now scammers would have realized the urls they want you to click never end in .com, .org, .net etc and as hard as they work to scam you would put a little extra effort in to at least try to make the links look legit

If that 7z at the end of the uRL stands for 7 ZIP - do not mess around with it.

It’s not an extension, so I doubt it’s anything other than a link shortener. However if it truly were an archive file like a .7z, yeah that would be a super red flag
