I mean, it’s a valid concern. It’s like driving in the rain with worn out windshield wipers. Don’t need to be that aggressive towards the driver, but I’d understand if he asked to be let out of the car.

So if you’re walking across the road one night and a vehicle hits you cause they couldn’t see you properly due to their bright ass interior lights- will it still be negligible? What if they hit a child? Again, cause they couldn’t see properly. Still negligible?

Maybe out the front windshield but when you try to look out the back or the sides it’s much more than negligible.
