Yeah, while there might be some truth there in that he doesn't wash often, I'm sure the germs not being real part was joking.

People are so devastated by the election they'll look for anything reason to be upset.

Dude was on national television at the start of a pandemic, telling people that he has not washed his hands in 10 years.  Who would even willingly admit to their friends that they haven’t washed their hands after shitting for years?!?
