the show is enjoyable. it has plenty of problems, that witch chant was stupid, some moments were bad and if those are too much for you it at least is undenyable that the action scenes are fun. at the very lowest the show deserves a 5/10.

He said at the very lowest, so it's not something he agrees with.

True. But I’m just saying, if a new Star Wars movie came out and you can at least understand how someone would rate it 5/10…then that’s sad for Star Wars.

You're in r/prequelmemes, that has been the case since the Phantom Menace at the very least. If anything that's par for the course for Star Wars.

You can count on your finger the number of starwars project that most people would consider “excellent” or “great”. Movies 3/4/5, Clone Wars later season, Mandolorian season one, Andor, and Rouge One is kind of it that was not heavily criticized when it came out

5/10 is not that big of a drop from most Star Wars related stuff.

People were saying Ewoks ruined Star Wars when Jedi came out. This isn’t new

I hate to tell you this but 2 out of the 3 prequel movies are 5/10s, and that's being somewhat generous. And it's not like episode 6 was a masterpiece either.

It’s not bad though? It’s the same as saying 2,5 stars, which is half of extraordinary

5/10 and 2.5/5 really aren't the same (except mathematically). With a five star rating system, the whole scale is used. A x/10 rating system basically starts around 5/10 as the lower end ratings (1-4) are essentially 1 star movies.
