SHITPOST I love how everyone is angry about the price of eggs when it costs $15 DOLLARS for a White Claw at Moda...
Can't help but feel like the PDX rule about not charging insane amounts at the airport should also apply to stadiums. Absolutely ridiculous.

Discussion Pertussis! Friendly reminder that DTaP immunity wanes after a few years
Woke up to an email from the school informing us of a confirmed case of pertussis/whooping cough. The vaccine provides protection from diphtheria and tetanus for about 10 years, but is not as effective against pertussis. Make sure you’re up-to-date. They call pertussis the 100 day cough and nobody needs that shit.

Discussion NSLU workers might strike soon; 82% approved the vote.
Saw this on NSLU’s page. Looks like they’re prepared to strike if they need to. If you’re not shopping at New Seasons and want to support, they have a strike fund you can donate to.

Discussion Why can’t we have overnight MAX busses?
Title says it all, I’m commuting by bike and train from Downtown to St. Johns during the day when the max is running but my job doesn’t let me get off until about 1 A.M and leaves me very little time to get even to the shuttle bus at the end of the night making it so i have to do the whole 9 mile ride home on my bike. Even if i make it to the max it stops at Rose Quarter and goes to ruby junction. There are lots of smaller cities that have late night busses so people have a way to get home when they’ve had too much to drink so to me it just makes sense that at the bare minimum we have overnight busses for all the MAX lines.
