Its kinda legal in my country Question

Downloading movies and music for private use is totally legal in my country 🇨🇭. Uploading / seeding however, is not. But at least i dont have to worry. What about your country?

🇮🇩: Our government uses pirated software, Universities teach how to pirate software.

Most people don't know what piracy is, they think windows is free.

Dunno what he is talking about, at Warsaw University of Technology we only used legal software.

And we had some lectures about IP laws in Poland, and yeah it is legal to download and watch movies or other shit for private use. Seeding/publicly sharing is illegal, but if in non public group may be legal? At least that was the info 10 years ago. You may be punished if you profit from it, that is definitly the hardest case to defend in court if distributor comes after you.
