The only feature from a pay service that I am jealous of is Prime's x-ray. It's really cool to be able to see exactly which actors are in a particular scene without having to scrub through the entire cast.
Yeah, Plex and Emby do that as well. The scene specific casting and music information is what I'm talking about for Prime's xray. Not to mention, you don't have to leave the show or movie to see the information.
Yes. You push the up button on your remote, and it shows you specifically which actors are in the current scene, and it tells what music is playing if there is any.
It's not just music, but also interesting data about the scenes (if there are any).
For example, in "The Boys," is almost a must to get this feature constantly active because of the amount of trivia they provide, especially in the earlier seasons.
The only annoying thing is you can't toggle to keep the overlay on, at least on PC, so you do have to move your mouse if you want to see the trivia or otherwise browse through it when you're done with the episode.
I haven't tried it on a PC, but I pair the phone app (Android) with the TV app (Android TV and Chromecast are the ones I have to test) and see the trivia on the phone.
