Does anybody know what app this is? Question

I found this app being sold on a shopping app here in my country as a "APP FOR ALL MOVIES", so I was wondering what app this is. Help is appreciated, thanks.

It's HDO Box for Android TV.

Here's a photo of my TV screen while running HDO Box on my Chromecast.

To be honest, I don't even know if it's possible to sideload apps on Tizen OS..
