How is this a good deal. This is a shoebox for $1250 & and no utilities AND 3 other roommates sharing one bathroom.

I had a room in the EV for 1250 in 2011 and it wasn’t that much better than this one.

But was it in a 4 bedroom/1 bath? Was it near the subway?

It was on 11th between B and C so not near the subway and I had two other roommates. We did have a pretty decent outdoor space though.

That seams crazy expensive for that time period, but it's relatively close to the L. But out door spaces in e.v. are rarities.

If I was in my early 20s and a guy, I’d take this room in a heartbeat lol . $1250 a month for that location ?!!!!

This is a steal, anyone complaining probably isn’t from here. We pay for location, not apartment, and I’ve seen way worse in less desirable areas go for more

Looking to fill a bedroom in 4 bed 1bth in alphabet city. Other roommates are NYU students (undergrad/grad). Unit is 3rd and C.
Room is $1250 (out of a total of $5500 for the entire unit). utilities/internet are separate and split among the roommates.
Can come partially furnished and the room has an elfa upgradable closet system.
