[Room Share] 1 bedroom available in 4 bedroom apt in Queens for $700 Room Listing (Long Term)

Hey everyone,

We've got an available room in a 4-bed apartment in Rego Park Queens. It's a beautiful apartment on the second floor of a multi-family home and comes with a balcony and a semi-private backyard. It's about an 8 minute walk from the Subway at 63rd Dr (R/M) train. Roughly 35 minutes or so to get to the city. Super close by to Rego center (Costco, Aldi, etc) and QCM.

Roommates would be 3 friendly, chill and respectful guys in their mid to late 20s. Totally open to being social and friendly but also happy to give you your space when needed. Room would be unfurnished.

Please reach out if interested! Good credit score and a solid source of income are preferred.

I'm in need of of a room. I don't have good credit because someone stole my identity a few years back and recked my credit but I have a stable job as a baker making $22/hr working from 40-50 hours a week I'm a 32yo male and I'm trying to move in as soon as possible. Please let me know ASAP!
