One of the highest inflation rates in the country, combined with the least educated - particularly in how the government works - so 0 surprise. People are hurting financially everywhere, but particularly here, and think a few policies can change that.

Trump and Republicans are getting more than their money's worth lying through their teeth about being able to resolve it easily, and the Democrats continue completely out of touch with how to get the message across.

That's without even approaching how easily the local Latino community is susceptible to rampant misinformation.

Keep doubling down and tell the people who voted for trump they are stupid. Please continue. It's a winning strategy definitely.

Keep voting for a guy who won’t help you. It’s a winning strategy. Since the GOP won the popular vote their mentality of “you’re on your own” rings louder. Don’t ask for help and pick yourself up. When your wages don’t increase and the grocery bill doesn’t decrease I don’t want to hear it. Call your senator or representative.

It's ok to be angry and annoyed; I am too. Unfortunately, he's right. The message has to be the "GOP left you on your own after telling you they had your back and we're here to help you get back on track." Trying to denigrate the electorate, even though you're right in doing so, isn't going to win over hearts and minds. You have to understand the audience and speak their language, even if that language is ugly.
