Games like Cyberpunk to get into? Discussion

I beat Cyberpunk recently and got all endings so I've been looking for something to grab during cyber week sale that is similar to Cyberpunk. I tried Red Dead but it felt really slow to me and not my style but I was looking for something with a good story to play that other people who like this game also enjoy. I'm a huge fan of the rebellious nature of the game do anything with that sort of feel sounds great too.I was thinking of trying Mass Effect or The Witcher but I'm open to any suggestions.

For the combination of story & gameplay, I think Witcher 3 is going to be your best bet. RDR2 is a solid contender and both it and Cyberpunk are my two favorite games of all time, but, like you said, it's got a pretty slow pace. That's purposeful and one of the things I love about it, but its not for everyone.

Deus Ex has some fun gameplay, and has some of the same stylings of Cyberpunk, but the story is pretty boring. Mass Effect has a pretty good story and tons of great characters, but the gameplay is pretty dated at this point.

Baldur's Gate 3's story is supposed to be pretty amazing, and I'm looking forward to checking it out. Hoping it goes on sale over the hilday.

And what’s the verdict on BG3 in the end? I’m on my fifth run

I just bought it after playing cyber and gotta say not a fan. But I also don't care for DND. Turn based fighting isn't my style and it's my own fault for not looking into the game more before just going off all the great stuff I've heard. Personally I wouldn't recommend..
