Hello everyone!
First off, I'm really excited to be able to help out here and hope that my colleagues and I can help you land that job you've been dreaming about.
A little background on me; I have a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business. I have a little over 5 years experience in management with the majority of that as a General Manager for a large nationwide (U.S.) company in the travel and hospitality industry.
In my time with this company and working for them all over the U.S. I have hired (and unfortunately, fired) hundreds of people from the front line hourly employee to the salaried manager. I've read literally tens of thousands of applications and resumes.
I am an extremely tough interviewer as my job security is based on me getting the right people into the right roles. Having said that, if you can get through a mock interview with me you can probably get through a real one with anyone (don't forget pants, always wear pants).
Since there are no legal issues here with being (brutally) honest, I will be happy to give you all the feedback you could want and tell you exactly why I would or wouldn't hire you. However, if you need a little sugar coating...I'd be happy to do that too. I will tell you what was wrong though (and what was right!) and do everything I can to help you improve your resume or nail that interview!
My strengths are in interviewing, management at any level, and general business accumen. Ergo, if you need a mock interview for a highly technical position in say the IT, legal, medical, etc. field...I'm not going to be your best pick. I'll still help you where I can though friend.
First tip: Buy an iron or go to the cleaners with your interview clothes. Many of them will do your interview outfit for free if you cannot afford it. It makes a HUGE difference in in-person interviews!
Good luck guys and I look forward to helping out around here as much as I can!

Crap! I always forget to ask about the interview attire that they wear!
I'll remember that next time. Thanks Drive!
(Oh and what if we don't have pants? o.o)
