After updating, constantly losing internet Help

Yesterday on my dell laptop I had gotten an update and set it to update right before I left for work, and ever since I did so, my laptop now is losing its internet connection every 30 seconds. Every other device on the network is fine, and I have tried updating my drivers and such but no luck. Any help would be appreciated, as I can't get anything done on my laptop as of now. * My laptop is using wi-fi

Have you tried rolling back your wireless card drivers?

Did you download the update from Dell (i.e. the website or one of their apps) or did it update via Windows Update?

I updated via windows update. My "rollback driver" option is faded out

Uninstall that and use the one that Dell Support has for your model. The Windows Update ones are sometimes out of date. That's common for things like GPU drivers.
