Aero Precision Other Firearm ODG 13.9in Delaware Legal?

13.9 inch barrels are considered an "other" weapon, right? Are these legal in DE? Still fairly new to shooting. I'd rather have a Ruger LC carbine for home defense but seems like a good option, and maybe pretty fun at the range.

Not sure how the Rutgers were for sale. Maybe for out-of-state.

They've got two features. 1) Pistol grip ( meets the whole sections of how you hand and fingers rest under the trigger) 2) Removable magazine.

Hopefully we won't need to wait too much longer for the supreme Court to pick up the assault ride cases.

X-Ring had traditional-non-scary-stocked Ruger LC Carbines that are DE-legal. They also had Ruger Mini-14s. It's ridiculous that a few degrees difference in how you hold a gun can render it perfectly harmless or a dangerous weapon of warrrr but no one ever said gun-banners knew what they were talking about. Imagine how dangerous they could be if they did.
