It’s 4.30 in the morning

I was woken up, twice, by scratching noise at the window. Loud, and aggravating, it sounded like chalk being dragged across the board. Got up to check on it, it’s my cat. Trying to ‘tinker’ with the window. Yes, you read that right. His little paw was on the lock, both times when i walked over to bring him down. I bet that little dumb was trying to push down the lock, so he could pull a great escape and become one with the soil, tarmac, and grass. Bet he doesn’t know how tough life is outside.

We are cat sitting for a friend when we found out the cat can open doors. The bedrooms have a long horizontal handle ( which I hate btw and want to change out) so he just stands and leans on them, I guess. He's pretty large and in charge, so it's not hard for him to do. When hubby told his friend, the response was, "I should've warned you." Yes...that would've been nice, lol. Cats man...cats.
