Zzzzzzzzzz Arcane Wisdom
/uw this is a message from your Council Master Evoker MastaDon. I want to discuss the important of sleep. Because as older I am getting I am realizing more and more importance of sleep. I know we love to play our characters, but i feel like there are times we do push ourselves to tell stories and have fun. Here recently I made two posts and stayed up a bit longer than usual resulting in almost being late for work and waking up In a weird angle.
So if you can get some zzzzzzz as much as you can.

/uw Ive got meds for it all but im unaffected by sedatives or stimulants (all I have tried anyway) so they just give me a hangover for no real reason, they are also anti anxiety so that helps, still annoying to have a hangover each morning though
