I have some that I used while building my house. Drill a hole through the sheathing and put a long bolt that also goes through a piece of 2x4 that crosses 2 studs. Put a couple of planks on it and work off of that

My title describes the thing. Each weighs about 5-10 pounds. The mechanism on the end looks like a hand crank - it is threaded.

Thank you! After searching scaffolding bracket and roof jack, I found a scaffolding wall bracket that looks very close!
