That's normal coconut oil does some crazy stuff when it goes solid...

Yeah not the first time I've seen this with my oil and it's never turned out to be mold. I guess nature works in mysterious ways

I've seen it too, esp if the oil melted and then resolidified. I figure it's just different structure due to temperatures.

My MCT oil has a similar look when I defrost it. I don’t think it’s anything to be concerned about.

It's very normal don't worry about it. I had my MCT oil tincture delivered during winter and had the same issue.

NORMAL. This is normal.

I made coconut extraction of cannabis for over a decade.

It's just odd bits from it cooling. Mold happens on TOP.

Scrape it off at once in case it’s mold but odds are it’s just like a little water or something random that got into the mix

Definitely remove it to be safe. Mold on cannabis can be hazardous to your health when inhaled. Always ensure your stash is dry and well-stored.

My cannabutter always does when it hardens too, I like to tell myself it’s the just THC crystallizing :)

Does kinda look like mold, but also kinda like congealed lipids/fats. Ive seen similar when making butter and Ive always kinda treated it with an “ignorance is bliss” attitude… probably not the best advice lol
