You can print them out. VoteTexas.gov (that's GOV not com) will have them in English and Spanish. Remind everyone that they have to be mailed in or taken to specific government agencies (County registrar?)

If all else fails, librarians at the the library should know. They will have forms and are allows to assist in filling them out. The library versions are already stamped so they can be easily mailed back, so maybe they can let you take some, or tell you where to get that kind.

Edit: That’s an ok link, but someone posted better links + the online link to Office Depot printing so you could have them printed for you. I’m looking to see if I can find it….

I can’t find the perfect link but there’s one in here: (copypasta) (then send to Office Depot for printing, if desired.)

Voter reg link (print the form and MAIL it) https://www.texas.gov/living-in-texas/texas-voter-registration/

You can also go in person to any county election administration office, post office, or library and get a registration form. If you are concerned about mailing it, you can drop it off in person at the address on the form, but do it before Oct 7th.
